How staysin.eu classifies alfahosting

A provider counts as EU only when all three criteria hold:

1. Country: the operating company is based in the EU. alfahosting is operated from Germany (EU).
2. Holding: no non-EU parent or holding company. alfahosting has a parent company in the United Kingdom.
3. Own infrastructure: it runs its own stack rather than reselling a non-EU service.

Where a server physically sits is shown on each check but does not change the verdict: legal reach follows who controls the processing, not where the bytes are. Read the methodology.
