How staysin.eu classifies Brevo

A provider counts as EU only when all three criteria hold:

1. Country: the operating company is based in the EU. Brevo is operated from France (EU).
2. Holding: no non-EU parent or holding company. Brevo has no non-EU parent.
3. Own infrastructure: it runs its own stack rather than reselling a non-EU service. Brevo runs its own infrastructure.
