Is DanDomain EU-sovereign?

No. DanDomain operates in Denmark but is owned by a parent company based in the United Kingdom, so staysin.eu classifies it as non-EU.

How staysin.eu classifies DanDomain

A provider counts as EU only when all three criteria hold:

  1. Country: the operating company is based in the EU. DanDomain is operated from Denmark (EU).
  2. Holding: no non-EU parent or holding company. DanDomain has a parent company in the United Kingdom.
  3. Own infrastructure: it runs its own stack rather than reselling a non-EU service.

Where a server physically sits is shown on each check but does not change the verdict: legal reach follows who controls the processing, not where the bytes are. Read the methodology.
