How staysin.eu classifies OVHcloud

A provider counts as EU only when all three criteria hold:

1. Country: the operating company is based in the EU. OVHcloud is operated from France (EU).
2. Holding: no non-EU parent or holding company. OVHcloud has no non-EU parent.
3. Own infrastructure: it runs its own stack rather than reselling a non-EU service. OVHcloud runs its own infrastructure.

Where a server physically sits is shown on each check but does not change the verdict: legal reach follows who controls the processing, not where the bytes are. Read the methodology.

How often staysin.eu sees OVHcloud
